Mr. Durgesh Kumar Kabra, a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants ofIndia (ICAI) is the founder managing partner of the firm with over 30 years of experience in almost every aspect of the accounting and auditing profession. He has expertise in statutory audits under the Companies Act, 2013 (erstwhile Companies Act, 1956) Income Tax Act, 1961 and other allied laws.
He has experience of handling statutory branch audits of nationalized banks and statutory central audit of Co-operative banks. He has expertise in handling internal audit of Companies, Banks and Financial Institutions. He is also having expertise in handling direct taxes, company law matters of various clients of our firm. He has in-depth knowledge and experience of public issues, merger, acquisition and takeover of corporate.
He has addressed audiences at various seminars, forums and conferences and has also presented papers on various topics of professional interest organised by various professional bodies including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is dynamic, go getter, visionary and far-sighted professional, having pitched his sight on steering this firm to pinnacle of glory by providing end to end solution under various revenue and allied laws under one umbrella. He also participated in various seminars and conferences organized by the ICAI and other related professional institutions.
